CANCELLATION POLICY & CHECK IN & OUT INFORMATION
Cancellation policy: Canceling 30 days or more in advance and there is no charge. Cancel less than 30 days and you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee (will be deducted from your security deposit).
CHECK IN TIME INFORMATION: Check in times are from 3:00pm - 5:00pm Monday Thru Friday. If you will be arriving on Saturday; Sunday or anytime after 5:00pm Monday Thru Friday you will have to pay the balance of the rental before arriving.
CHECK OUT TIME 11:00am.

PLEASE NOTE: RENTERS NEED TO BRING TOILET TISSUE, PAPER PRODUCTS, AND ALL FOOD SUPPLIES
REMARKS: "Tuscany Mountain Cabin" sits on top of the mountain. No neighbors on any side, with 180 degree view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. A forest on the back and side where you may get lucky and get a glance at a deer or wild turkeys, among other wildlife. Gated community with common areas and gazebos. Conveniently located to the New River were you can canoe, kayak, tubbing, fly fishing, jump in or have a picnic in one of the common areas.
