RENTAL COSTS AND OTHER FEES
RENTAL: $175.00 per night / 2 night minimum
$950.00 per week
$200.00 per night for Memorial Day weekend, July 4 weekend and Labor Day weekend
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $175.00 for 2 nights
CLEANING DEPOSIT: $75.00 (we refund any unused fee)
TAXES: 6.75% Sales Tax and 3% Occupancy Tax
PAYMENT: We accept cash, check, Visa or MasterCard
CANCELLATION POLICY & CHECK IN AND OUT INFORMATION
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel 30 days or more in advance there is no charge. Cancel less than 30 days and you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee(will be deducted from your security deposit).
CHECK IN TIME INFORMATION: Check in times are from 3:00pm-5:00pm.
Call office to make arrangements for check in after 5pm.
CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00am
