RENTAL COSTS AND OTHER FEES

RENTAL: $125.00 per night/2night minimum       
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $125.00
ADMINISTRATIVE FEE: $75.00 (any unused monies will be refunded back to you)
TAXES:  6.75% Sales Tax and 3% Occupancy Tax

PAYMENT: We accept cash, check, Visa or MasterCard

 CANCELLATION POLICY & CHECK IN AND OUT INFORMATION

Cancellation policy: Canceling 30 days or more in advance and there is no charge.  Cancel less than 30 days and you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee (will be deducted from your security deposit).  If you get here and decide to leave earlier than the 2 night minimum you will be required to pay for the 2 nights rent and taxes on those 2 nights.

CHECK IN TIME  INFORMATION: Check in times are from 3:00pm - 5:00pm Monday thru Friday.  If you will be arriving on Saturday; Sunday or anytime after 5:00pm Monday thru Friday you will have to pay the balance of the rental before arriving.
CHECK OUT TIME 11:00am.

BATHS: 3 - Bath on 2nd floor has a jetted tub

AMENITIES:  Living room has satellite TV w/VCR and DVD player.  Kitchen has microwave, stove and coffee maker.  Living room has gas fireplace.  There is also a washer and dryer and a charcoal grill.

PLEASE NOTE: RENTERS NEED TO BRING TOILET TISSUE, PAPER PRODUCTS, AND ALL FOOD SUPPLIES

REMARKS:  Experience the finest in mountain ambiance!  Absolutely precious mountain cottage has a breattaking view from the covered porch, a cozy living area with gas fireplace,and a downstairs den.  Master bedroom is on upper level and has a Jacuzzi tub.  Just mintues from the BLue Ridge Parkway, experience fall at it's finest!
