RENTAL COSTS AND OTHER FEES

RENTAL: $225.00 per night/2night minimum 
                  $1,400 for week (7 nights)      
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $225.00
CLEANING DEPOSIT: $75.00 (any unused monies will be refunded back to you)
TAXES:  6.75% Sales Tax and 3% Occupancy Tax

PAYMENT: We accept cash, check, Visa or MasterCard

 CANCELLATION POLICY & CHECK IN AND OUT INFORMATION

Cancellation policy: Canceling 30 days or more in advance and there is no charge.  Cancel less than 30 days and you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee (will be deducted from your security deposit).  If you get here and decide to leave earlier than the 2 night minimum you will be required to pay for the 2 nights rent and taxes on those 2 nights.

CHECK IN TIME  INFORMATION: Check in times are from 3:00pm - 5:00pm Monday thru Friday.  If you will be arriving on Saturday; Sunday or anytime after 5:00pm Monday thru Friday you will have to pay the balance of the rental before arriving.
CHECK OUT TIME 11:00am.

REMARKS:  Let Merlin's Magic work on you!  Enjoy rocking away your stress on the covered front porch overlooking a babbling brook.  Have a cookout on the deck.  Walk to the pond and feed the ducks.  Master bedroom on main level has large bath with garden tub and separate shower.  Upstairs are three additional bedrooms and split bath.  Less than 2 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway; about 7 miles to New River for canoeing, tubing or kayaking.  Plenty to do for thos who want to be active; peaceful for those who want to let our mountain magic work wonders for your soul!
